Shipping Policy
At Variety Army Surplus we offer free shipping on select items. Items with free shipping will be indicated as such in the product information. We commonly ship items through UPS or USPS. Your carrier will be dependent on your unique location and shipping services offered.

Damaged Merchandise
Should an order arrive at your location in a damaged state please contact Variety Army Surplus immediately. Please save all damaged packaging and the original materials shipped to you.

Payment Methods
At this time, Variety Army Surplus is accepting Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. You may also use your debit or checking card if it displays the Visa or Master Card logo. If you would rather fax or mail us your order we will accept credit cards, personal checks and money orders. If payment is remitted through a personal check, the check will be deposited and allowed to clear before merchandise will be shipped to you. Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.

Credit Card Authorizations
At Variety Army Surplus, we are dedicated to providing our clients with a safe and secure shopping experience. To combat identity theft we verify all credit card information and authorize purchases through your individual financial institution.

Canceled Orders
It is our goal to ship orders in a timely and efficient manner. Should you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped you will be able to cancel by contacting Variety Army Surplus directly.

Out-of-Stock Items
We carry in-stock a large selection of merchandise, due to unforeseen circumstances items may be currently out-of-stock for a variety of reasons. If you have ordered an out-of-stock item you will be contacted with additional options that include; waiting for the item to return in-stock, selecting a similar item from a different brand name, selecting another size or selecting a similar style.

Misprinted Information
We attempt to ensure all of our product information is current and up-to-date. From time to time, misprinted prices or information may be posted on the site. Should this occur you will be contacted and given the option to purchase the merchandise at the corrected price.

Return Policy
At Variety Army Surplus, we are dedicated to providing customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept customer returns, based on the following policies.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date they were received.
• Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the items to us. We recommend purchasing insurance or a tracking number, Variety Army Surplus can not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
• Returning items must be in new condition with original packaging materials, accessories, manuals etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason we deem fit. Including; damaged items, worn items, used items, items missing pieces, items without original packaging, dirty or soiled items, items with noticeable odor etc.
• Your order will processed in a timely manner and charges returned to your original method of payment 14 days from the date we receive the shipment.

Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges. Exchange transactions are treated as returns, please select and order the new merchandise you wish to purchase. Then remit the unwanted items directly to our location following the methods and conditions listed above. You will receive a credit within 14 days of our receipt of shipment.
